Hey all you goofygoobers. I am in desperate need of a good cornbread recipe that's very tasty.?

Now I know that the Superbowl is coming up this Sunday (I want the Titans to win) and I'm making my famous chille. However, I am in need of a good cornbread recipe ever since I accidentally dropped my old cook-book in the trash compacter. i need the cornbread to be moist on the inside but crunchy on the outside. You know, so the guests have a challenge at first, but can relax as they bite into a smooth and velvety center. Please respond before the Superowl or I will be inarticulate.
