Tips for breeding budgies?

I would like to start breeding budgies. I have already started breeding my Zebra finches a while back and they are great. I have a bonded pair of budgies and I would like to breed them next fall (the female will be over a year old by then, the male will be 4). What should I do to get them ready to mate and to encourage nesting behaviour? Will having another pair in the room help? I have a single male, I could look into finding him a girl too. i also have the breeding finches in the same room. Any advice would be great.
