Should Phil Anselmo have been allowed to go to Dime's funeral?

i say definitely Dime was his brother in Phi's eyes they shared a brotherhood not just with Dime but with Rex and Vinnie too. Besides i think that whole Metal Hammer comment by Phil that Dimebag deserves to be beaten severely was something i don't think Phil said that i think it was something Metal Hammer came up with to help sell magazines. i think it was bullshit Phil wasn't allowed do you agree or disagree?
