Question for you ladies who are from Texas, the South, or even the mid atlantic?

I am currently living in Colorado Springs, Colorado and don't like it here because this town is infested with boatloads of stuck up women who are transplants from snooty/stuck up/I'm better than you/too good to talk to you Orange county California. It is so bad here that I am indeed moving at the end of the year when I transfer to a four year university either in Texas or back home somewhere in the South. I'm not kidding when I say that these women who are transplants from Orange County California are stuck up, cliquish, and unapproachable. In fact, I was able to strike up a conversation with a gal for the FIRST TIME IN FOUR YEARS of living here when I went out by myself last week. This gal WAS NOT from stuck up so-cal and was from no less than Baltimore, MD. Go figure it would be a nice, friendly, and socialable person from the east who would actually want to talk to someone new and perhaps expand their social circle. Anyway, I am contemplating applying to UT-Austin, but do not want to move to another Colorado Springs, Colorado which is filled with a bunch of stuck up female transplants from southern California. If Texas has already been ruined by unfriendly people from SoCal then I will gladly move my happy a** back to Nashville or Raleigh where WE friendly southerners STILL outnumber these anti-social southern California people by a long shot. By the way, the reason that Colorado Springs has so many stuck up female transplants from rich/snooty Orange County California is because the radical Focus on the Family group along with tons of other evangelical groups from Southern California relocated here a few years back from no less than Orange County California.
