Can i reduce reduce upto 5 kgs in 2 weeks with vigourous excercises?

You can but the exercise would have to be VERY rigorous and also you would have to cut out sugary foods, salty foods , fatty foods etc. Also you cannot count on the weight staying off as if you return to your normal diet the weight would pile back on. I would reccomend trying to lose weight slowly- it is more likely to stay off
