Chocolate covered strawberries?

Either use bittersweet chocolate or dark chocolate. And just don't mention it. just observe the reaction. See if you can find long stemmed strawberries. If you live in a large city you should be able to find them. Definitely make them before work. Basically your chocolate is a ganache and this takes time if you want them to look good. Serve them on something green. On a plain platter covered with lime leaves. Or any green leaves no one would be afraid to eat off of.
