Call your doctor anyway. They usually have someone covering for them. Their answering service will let you know. Sounds like you might have a bronchitis and yeah possibly pneumonia so don't delay in calling your doctor. If you can't get a hold of him/her then go to an ER. They will examine you and do a chest x ray. Maybe some breathing treatments. But they can get you going on antibiotics. which you apparently need. In the meantime rest drink plenty of fluids, keep taking tylenol but read the label, don't take too much.
