Herbal tablets and painful ?

i have been taking herbal tablets for my general health and blood flow.. i have been on them for about 3weeks now. i have recently been getting very painfull s and am abit scared they have been painfull for the past 5days....does anyone know if this is normal or hould i be seen by a Doc???
