How easy is it to use pour on high gloss finish?

I was just wondering if it is easier to use Modge Podge or Enviro Tex Lite high gloss finish. I am making tile coasters and am new to the whole thing. I know they both have their pros and cons but the most important thing to me is making sure that they look the best they can. Any suggestions? Thank you!
