I need some nutritional advice for being a hip hop dancer. Please!!?
So i do hip hop dance and im very active everyday. In the morning i feel SO hungry. Its like I can eat nine eggs plus many bowls of cereal and whatever else i can find to eat. Iv suffer from really bad migaines and they have been getting pretty bad lately. I'm fairly sure its my diet.(I know that these headaches are hereditary nothing to be freaked out about guys! But since iv been more active iv been getting them) If i dont eat i get these headaches. I went to the health food store and bought all these healthy snacks and drinks. But im still really hungry. If someone could kinda give me an idea what i should be eating to make me fuller and eat healthier that could help me so much!
