Is it fair that my dad smokes weed and wont let me?

I still live with my parents and my dad is so uptight about everything. All he does is complain about what I do or don't do and he smokes weed atleast four times throughout the day. He used to try to keep it a secret, but he doesn't care anymore. I don't understand how he can expect to reinforce rules on me, when he smokes weed literally all day long and then eats everything in the entire god damn house. Am I wrong in feeling this way?
