Is there much rain in Prague in january?

Hi i'm travelling to Prague in january - I know it will being minus degrees outside, but I was wondering if there will be any rain and snow? I will be wearing warm shoes, but I don't want to take my Ugg boots (which are very warm and cosy!) if they will get ruined by the wet!
