When was oj simpson acquitted?

It was October 1994 I think from memory and a lot of the attorneys who were against OJ lost their faith in the judicial system. Chris Darden the lawyer against OJ quit after the trial and says he has never gotten over it. Apparently they have hard forensic evidence that prooves OJ killed his ex wife and her friend, but I have always wondered why he was aquitted if the evidence was that good. Its strange ppl say OJ aknowledged the jurors and somehow charmed them so thats how he got off. I dont know I think there must be something theyre not telling us coz they claim Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman's blood was in OJs car and on his shoes and yet he got off. And of course there is double jeopardy which means he cant be tried for the same crime twice. It just doesnt add up. In the civil suit brought against OJ by the Goldmans he was found guilty and had to pay them millions which they have never seen coz OJ and friends cleared his house before anything of worth could be handed over to the Goldmans.
