Where are the best places in europe to go to for single men?

Me and my friend are taking our leave from Iraq this summer, and going to europe. We will be there about 2 weeks, and can not decided where to go? The places we are considering are Czech, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Croatia and Austria. Where are the best places to go if you are young and single ?
