Whew, well I had a pretty tough practice for an 8th grader today. We got timed for the 800m, and I'm proud to say that I broke the school record!! So proud of myself! After the 800m, we did extreme sprint workouts and now my quads literally feel like they're ripping apart. It was getting really hard to sprint towards the end. :o I need a little advice on healing my poor, torn muscles in the quads. Advice? (Other than icing it? Geez, I'm not that much of a noob!)
